For 70 years, the Federation has worked to build our community and enrich the quality of Jewish life in the Greater Miami area. Governed by a committed and dynamic volunteer Board of Directors, the Federation brings together the people, services, resources and leadership necessary to secure a strong and vibrant Jewish community for generations to come. |

The Rabbinical Association of Greater Miami was founded in 1935. It includes about 100 rabbis — Orthodox, Conservative, Reform and Reconstructionist. Among our activities are several TV programs that we sponsor, educational seminars at Mt. Sinai Medical center and the Miami Jewish Home and Hospital for the aged.

The PJ Library, a program of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, serves young children and families with a free monthly Jewish-themed book and music subscription program for children 6 months to 8 years old. There are 1800 subscriptions available for children in the age range with addresses in Miami-Dade County. In addition to encouraging families to cuddle up at night with the Jewish experiences of the wonderful literary selections of The PJ Library, this program engages young families actively and in person through programs with partners throughout the community. |
