CHAI Fi, the virtual summer experience for children K-8, is completing its third week of programming.  To date, 45 families have enrolled their almost 60 children in a myriad of activities- like Music in Motion, Digital Scrapbooking, Jewish Cooking, Magic Potions, Edible Art, Coding for Kids, Mad Scientist and Song Writing.  The activities are taught via the Zoom platform by religious school teachers who have expertise in these creative endeavors.

Every morning the children are invited to an Opening Circle- Maagal, led by some of our very talented educators who are usually working at Jewish overnight camps during the summer.  In very creative ways, they are inviting the children to think deeply about and interact with Jewish values, such as kindness and chesed - acts of loving kindness, that are especially important during this challenging time of physical and social distancing.
