Jewish Early Childhood Professional Network
WHAT: The Jewish Early Childhood Professional Network (JECPN) is a professional organization for Miami’s ECE teachers and educators who work in Jewish Early Childhood Education settings.
WHO: JECPN membership is open to all ECE teachers and directors who work in Jewish ECE programs. Its co-chairs are Sharon Zweig (Yeshiva Elementary School) and Sandra Kopp (Beth Torah Suzy Fischer Early Childhood Academy). Yehudis Smith, CAJE Director of ECE and Congregational Education, is the coordinator of the JECPN.
WHY: Being a member of the JECPN
- fulfills the license and credential requirement for ECE teachers and educators to belong to a professional organization.
- entitles you and your teachers to participate in ECE educational opportunities, many of which are funded by the CAJE ECE department.
- entitles you and your teachers to receive subsidies and community funding towards professional development and other ECE opportunities.
- means that you are participating in a network of colleagues who are generous in sharing, collaborating, and celebrating. “We are stronger together.” (Katy Horowitz)
HOW: Dues are $5.00 per teacher and $125.00 per Director / Assistant Director / Administrator. Dues are paid annually.
JECPN MEMBERSHIP
Make your dues payment online or mail a check for the appropriate amount by Monday, October 31, 2023 in order to join and/or renew your membership.

Once we receive payment, we will send a confirmation letter with certificates for your teachers’ files stating that each person is a member in good standing of the CAJE Jewish Early Childhood Professional Network.
